This 4 day program will give you the skills and knowledge to work in a hospitality venue, both front and back of house.
It is a successful 4 day program that is perfect for school leavers, university students needing work while they study, and anyone looking to begin their pathway into a Hospitality career.
Discover what customer service is all about, understand your responsibilities in a gambling environment. Learn how to serve and supply alcohol in a safe and responsible manner, also learn safe work practices and hygienic food requirements in today's kitchens.
Day 1 - Customer Service Essentials and Responsible Service of Alcohol.
Days 2 & 3 - Provide Responsible Gambling Services, Basic Regulations and Systems and Attend Gaming Machines.
Day 4 - Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety.
On-line - Participate in Safe Work Practices
Assessment: Each unit of study has an assessment, if you have literacy difficulties then a trainer may be available to assist you with a verbal assessment.
You do not have to have any prior experience to attend our Kick-Start program.
